Sundial Lodge boasts both a premier location and premier amenities, as such it is no surprise that the property won the Conde Nast Readers Choice award, putting Sundial Lodge among the top 25 properties in the US West, and #1 in Park City.

In terms of location there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain from. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, ski shop and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres ski. No "near" or "close" to the lifts as many others others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts spring and summer. Summer enjoy golf, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking and much more (all just out the door).

Meanwhile the property has the amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. From the circular entrance with sparkling lights to great you upon your arrival, to bell service (seasonal) to assist you with your luggage, to the front desk to assist you with your check-in. Property has a year round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas firepits (both pool and roof level), gym, luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary wifi, complimentary underground parking and more.

And this is one of the best units at Sundial, the unit is on two stories, with vaulted ceilings, expansive oversized balcony running the full length of the unit, and everything in the unit upgraded above and beyond others within the property (from the hardwood floors, to the Bosch dishwasher and LG washer/dryer, right down to the L'Occitane ammenities, everything within the unit is designed to set the bar for the property from start to finish).

Living area with fireplace, door to balcony, flatscreen TV with DirecTV including HBO, Showtime, NFL Sunday Ticket, internet TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), DVD, music w/ ipod/mp3 dock, sofabed, seating at both table and bar, oversized windows, vaulted ceiling.

The full kitchen features granite countertops and slate floors and is fully stocked with everything to enjoy eating with family and friends. Details matter and we go over and above standard with everything from the quality of the silverware, to provision of both drip coffee and keurig is above standard for the prop.

On the main level you will find two bedrooms, one with king, fireplace, door to balcony, the second with queen bed. Both have extra high ceilings, extra high windows, and 42' flatscreens.

On the main level you will find two full baths (3rd bath upstairs) featuring natural stone, heated floors, deep soaking tubs, and rainshower shower heads. The master bath also features a jacuzzi tub. LG steam washer/dryer.

Upstairs you will find an open bedroom/loft looking down on the living area, with two twin beds (can be made up as king upon request, small fee applies). There is a flatscreen and DVD player. The third (upstairs) full bath features heated floors and deep soaking tub.

Balcony is larger than with most Sundial units, running the full length of the unit and unlike most Sundial units that have only chairs on the balcony, such is outfitted with chairs and table to enjoy drinking and dinning al-fresco.

Moreover you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference --from luxury robes, to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count luxury linens -- little things that are unique to our unit as we try to go to the extra mile and deliver a superior experience.

Property amenities include year round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), great BBQs poolside for guests, relaxing gas firepits (both pool and roof level), gym, ski check with boot dryers, bell service, complimentary wifi, complimentary underground parking and more.

Immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top rated The Farm, to the casual Umbrella Bar, to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the Canyons golf course.

And while you have the largest ski resort and the Canyons base village at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Note: as of August 2019 there is construction at the neighboring property, unit is on a different side of the building and not impacted, while pool area may experience noise from the construction
